Journal Prompts
Day 1.

How do you start each day?  How does this support or not support your “tank” being full?

Day 2.

What’s one small thing you could do each morning to support keeping your “tank” full? Can you commit to doing that at least 3 times a week?  Daily? Why or why not?

Day 3.

Think back to a time when you were inspired or felt your most creative.  What were you doing during that time? What supported your inspiration/creativity?  Did you follow that spark and create or manifest what was inspiring you? Why or why not?

Day 4.

Where is your “tank”? Heart, belly, mind? Somewhere else? Do you experience physical sensations in that area when inspired? When "full" or "empty"?

Day 5.

How do you end your day?  How does this support or not support your “tank” being full?

Day 6.

What’s one small thing you could do each evening to support keeping your “tank” full? Can you commit to doing that at least 3 times a week?  Daily? Why or why not?

Day 7.

At the end of this second week, have you been able to practice the fire meditation? If so, what have you noticed? Mood? Energy level? Clarity? Inspiration? If you’ve not practiced, why? (no self judgement, just let yourself journal your observations)
