The Sacred Art of Rest 💮 A self-paced journey for anyone that has experienced, is experiencing burnout, or feeling depleted. It is for those that are trying to connect to their creative powers. Those that want to support their well-being. Creatives, artists, healers, yoga teachers, teachers, musicians, entrepreneurs...anyone + everyone that creates, which means all of us. These sessions were originally shared over a 21 day period but you could easily extend your experience to a 40 day emersion for deeper healing. The Sacred Art of Rest uses the ancient sciences of yoga + ayurveda as its foundation. However, these concepts + practices are accessible to all. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary. We will explore how deep rest supports our life force, creativity, and resiliency. I'll be sharing easily accessible techniques for self-regulation, adaptability, and resiliency. 💮 Included in the workshop are 4 previously recorded Zoom calls. During each call we touch on accessible yogic + ayurvedic philosophies of conscious rest and how these techniques support our well-being. Several of the recordings will include a short embodiment practice that you will carry with you into your week. Each section of the workshop will also include a PDF file with daily journal prompts to support the weekly theme. You are encouraged to keep a journal specifically for this journey. Along with the daily prompts, you will be encouraged to journal after any of the practices. Session 1 - Introduction + Deep Rest Session 2 - Concentration Session 3 - Breathing Techniques for Clarity/Grounding. Session 4 - Insights + Closing of the 21 Day Journey
