About
Spring, in Ayurveda, is the tail-end of Kapha season. Governed by the elements of water and earth, this is the wet season of snow melts, lingering rains, gently warming temperatures, and new life springing forth! We are encouraged to get moving, warm our bodies, stimulate our minds, tap into our creativity, and to shed the heavy qualities of winter. I've created these practices and a supplemental PDF to guide you through different kapha balancing seasonal rituals. Included is a seasonal yoga flow, meditation practice, and pranayama experience. The PDF shares more daily routines, additional practices, and some of my favorite recipes. I hope you enjoy and find support!
