oin me for a free class supporting Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia. this class will incorporate gentle movement and yoga nidra. much more than a technique, yoga nidra, often called “yogic sleep” is deeply restorative and healing; a balm to our busy lifestyles and often overstimulating world. it is a practice that encourages us to turn our awareness inward to a deep heart knowing so that we lead our lives from a place of compassion, wisdom, and love. i will guide you through some gentle movements to prepare the mind and body for deep rest. the majority of the experience takes place on the floor with an abundance of resting and nesting props; bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc. there is no prior experience needed for the practice as i will be using my voice to guide your awareness while you rest and relax into stillness. you are encouraged to bring any…
