As the seasons turn, join Rachel and me for an evening of community and self tending. I will share seasonal Ayurvedic rituals + tasty treats to support the seasonal shift as well as sleep. Rachel will be offering a deeply restorative sound bath accompanied by reiki. And a community of individuals gathered in a beautifully curated space, that inspires peace and calm, will hold us throughout the evening as we celebrate the arrival of autumn and the inward turning energies.
